Pumpkin Spice Oat Latte
Pumpkin spice lattes are pretty much the official signal that fall has started. Unfortunately, a lot of the ones out there are made with dairy and not even real pumpkin! This Pumpkin Spice Oat Latte is 100% vegan and made with natural, fall-friendly ingredients.

Cuisine American
- 1 cup strong coffee or a shot of espresso
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ¼ tsp pumpkin spice
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Make a strong cup of coffee by your preferred method.
In a blender, combine the oat milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth. This will ensure there is no grittiness.
For a hot latte, pour the oat milk and pumpkin mixture in a saucer and bring to a simmer, whisking frequently. If you have a milk frother, use that.
In a mug, pour in your coffee then the pumpkin spice oat milk. Top off with coconut whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon to serve.
For serious coffee lovers, having your own milk frother and steamer is a game-changer. This one not only heats up your milk, it also froths and foams any nondairy milk for the creamiest lattes! Get yours here.
No milk frother? No problem! If you don't want to add another appliance to your countertop, just use your trusty blender! I used my Nutribullet to foam up my milk into thick and creamy foam, and it worked like a charm! Just be careful if you are blending anything hot. Get yours here.
