Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized carrots
  • 3 large oranges
  • 1 medium-sized lemon
  • 3 inch ginger root
  • 2 inch turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel all the ingredients, then run them all through your juicer. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

What juicer to get: I've used and loved my Omega juicerIt's a slow pressed juicer, meaning it won't heat up your juice and kill any of the nutrients, and it's very easy to clean! Get the model I have here.
For better absorption, have this juice with a tiny bit of fat from avocado or nuts. Beta carotene is better absorbed with fat.
