Immune Boosting Super Juice

- 4 medium-sized carrots
- 3 large oranges
- 1 medium-sized lemon
- 3 inch ginger root
- 2 inch turmeric
What juicer to get: I've used and loved my Omega juicer. It's a slow pressed juicer, meaning it won't heat up your juice and kill any of the nutrients, and it's very easy to clean! Get the model I have here.
For better absorption, have this juice with a tiny bit of fat from avocado or nuts. Beta carotene is better absorbed with fat.
