- 1 whole grain tortilla wrap ~7 inches
- 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Garlic Spread or hummus
- 2 slices Follow Your Heart's Smoked Gouda
- 1 tomato sliced
- Spring greens salad mix
- Pickled jalapeno slices
Spread the garlic spread or hummus evenly across the diameter of the tortilla, then lay the two slices of vegan cheese on top. Add the sliced tomatoes, jalapenos, and salad.
Tightly roll the tortilla and all its components like a burrito and secure with a toothpick if needed. For serving in little rolls as pictured, cut the wrap into small circles about ½ inch thick.
