Banana Oat Pancakes with 3 Ingredients
This is the easiest and healthiest pancake recipe with only 3 simple ingredients! Banana oat pancakes are vegan and gluten-free, and they have a fast clean up.

- 1 ¼ cup oats
- 1 cup oat milk or nondairy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 pinch of salt optional
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
Heat a skillet on medium-high with a small amount of vegan butter or coconut oil melted on top.
Add about ¼ cup of the batter at a time on the skillet. Once the edges start to dry and bubbles start to form on top, flip to the other side. Each side should only take around 2-3 minutes to get golden brown, but poke a toothpick through the center to make sure the inside gets cooked thoroughly. Grease the pan between pancakes.
Serve with a slice of vegan butter, maple syrup, and sliced bananas!
